Privacy policy

This independent enquiry website is operated by Leon Ooi. Contact: 010-826 7319.

Registration details

We collect your name, phone number, optional email, preferred layout and time of registration when you submit the form. Your consent is recorded. These details are saved in a private database hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Only Leon’s authorised account can view registrations through the dashboard.

How we use them

Leon uses the details to respond to your M Mira enquiry and provide related updates. Registration details are not automatically submitted to Mah Sing, sold to other advertisers or included in our Google Ads conversion events. Registration and ad measurement consent are separate choices.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads measurement is disabled until an advertising tag is configured. When enabled, we ask before loading Google’s measurement tag. If you allow it, Google may use measurement cookies, ad click identifiers and a random registration identifier to measure ad results. We do not send the name, phone number, email or preferred layout from the form in these events. Advertising personalisation is disabled in our tag settings.

You can allow or reject measurement and change your choice using Cookie settings. Read how Google processes data.

Other services and storage

We store your measurement choice in your browser. If measurement is allowed, session storage prevents repeat conversion events. Hosting providers may process request information for security and delivery. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its contact link; its own privacy terms apply.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your registration, or stop follow-up messages, by contacting Leon at 010-826 7319. Details are kept while needed for your enquiry and related follow-up, unless deletion is requested or a record needs to be retained for a valid obligation.
